Daniel Roß is the founder and CEO of Lets Scale IT AG. Since 2015, he has been helping companies across all industries to detect and prevent failures and bottlenecks in complex IT system landscapes at an early stage. His focus is on full-stack observability – the holistic monitoring of applications, infrastructures and user experiences.
He combines detailed technical knowledge with strategic vision and has worked with leading observability platforms such as AppDynamics, New Relic and Instana. Daniel has delivered projects in over a dozen countries, including the UK, Spain, Sweden, Finland, Norway and Switzerland.
In addition to his work at Lets Scale IT, he is also active as an entrepreneur – including at RipTide Talents GmbH and the boutique hotel Gwuni Mopera in Leipzig.
He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science with a specialization in algorithms and has studied in Frankfurt and Los Angeles at Goethe University, Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences and the University of Southern California.
Heiko Stumpfe brings more than two decades of experience in customer-oriented roles – from the hospitality industry, HR consulting and the IT sector. His strength lies not only in understanding customer needs, but also in anticipating them and translating them into sustainable solutions.
At Lets Scale IT AG, he is responsible for sales, customer acquisition and key account management. As the central interface between customers and the consulting team, he ensures that requirements are recorded precisely and implemented efficiently.
He has worked in Baden-Baden, Stuttgart and Frankfurt and has learned to build trusting customer relationships in a wide variety of contexts – with a clear focus on commitment, honesty and long-term partnerships.
His professional career began in South Africa, where he internalized the value of excellent customer orientation early on.
