// SERVICE: TRAINING & ENABLEMENT

Afterwards your team can do it themselves – practised on your real data

Tools can be bought, capability cannot. We train your teams on your platform and your systems – no standard slides, no demo cluster. What should stick at the end is something we agree beforehand, as a verifiable learning goal.

First step: a short, free intro call – directly with a senior consultant, no sales chain. No strings attached – you decide afterwards.

The difference between a training course and enablement shows in the week afterwards. So we don’t measure attendance, we measure whether your team completes the agreed tasks without us. We don’t sell licences and we don’t sell certificates – what your people need to be able to do is decided by your operations, not by a course catalogue.

// FORMATS

Four formats, depending on the goal

Compact session, ninety minutes

One topic, one system, immediately usable: build a dashboard, write an alert, read a trace. On your own screen, in your own environment. The format that gets usage moving in the first place.

Team workshop, one to two days

One team, one use case, end to end: from instrumentation to an alert that actually reaches someone. What stands at the end isn't a certificate, it's a productive result in the system.

Pairing on live work

We work alongside your people on real tickets – instrumentation, alert tuning, incident follow-up. Knowledge travels most reliably where it is needed at that moment.

Runbooks and onboarding kit

What was learnt becomes repeatable in writing: naming conventions, dashboard and alert templates, a path for the next team. So enablement doesn't hang on individual heads.

// HOW IT RUNS

From agreed learning goals to proof

1 · Set the learning goals

Not 'a Grafana course', but: who should be able to do what on their own afterwards? We put that in verifiable terms – for instance that a team instruments its own service and takes an alert into production. Those goals are in the proposal before you commission us.

2 · Build the material on your environment

The exercises are built on your platform, with your services and your data. No example shop, no playground – what gets practised is in use the next day.

3 · Run it, in small groups

Compact units with plenty of hands-on and little lecturing, so everyone works rather than watches. Remote or on site, in German or English.

4 · Proof and follow-up

The learning goals are checked against a real task, not a multiple-choice test. Afterwards an open clinic remains for the questions that only surface in day-to-day work.

// AND AFTERWARDS

Enablement rarely stands alone

Training works best as part of something larger: when a platform you have already bought finally needs takers, or as a fixed part of ongoing support. Put licences to work → · Managed Observability →

// FAQ

Common questions about training

The learning goals are in the proposal before the training – put in verifiable terms, for example: the team takes an alert of its own into production. If they are missed, that’s on us; the terms are set out transparently in your contract.

Yes, that is the normal case. Grafana, Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, Elastic and OpenTelemetry are all covered. We don’t sell licences – no vendor has a course programme riding on us.

Small enough that everyone works rather than watches – for hands-on units that means single-digit groups. Larger rounds we split up and rather run the unit twice.

Not from us. You get the proof of the agreed learning goals and the material to carry on with. Vendor certificates are issued by the vendors – for that we are the wrong address, and deliberately so.

Let's talk about your learning goals

In a free intro call we work out who at your organisation needs to be able to do what, and which format fits. With a success guarantee on the agreed learning goals.
